Döbling Outpatient Center offers you free electronic access to your images and results via a secure portal. Your images are already after 12 hours, and your results are generally available in the Radiology Portal after 2 working days.

Here’s how it works:

  1. You receive a printout with the details of your results account once you register at the counter. If you are having multiple examinations done on the same day, you will receive a printout of the results account for each test.
  2. Scan the QR code or enter www.radiologieportal.at into your web browser to open the radiology portal website.
  3. Enter your username and password. Your username can be found on the printout for your results account. Your password is your year of birth (YYYY format).
  4. You will receive a personal security code (TAN) via SMS which you should then enter.
  5. Your images are available after 12 hours. You will generally receive your results after 2 working days. You can access, save, and print the images and results.

How does your physician access the findings and images?

Take the results account printout and your cell phone with you to your next appointment with your physician. Show the printout to your physician and access the images or the results together.
